Every GLORYDAYS garment is handmade in our own Leeds studio, and we want you to feel completely confident ordering from us.
Each piece is individually made, carefully inspected and packed by our small team before it leaves the studio. If something isn’t right, you’ll speak directly with the people who made your garment—and we’ll always do our best to put it right.

Complimentary alterations
If you love your garment but the fit isn’t quite right, we offer complimentary alterations wherever reasonably possible.
Simply get in touch and we’ll discuss the adjustment with you. Because your garment is made in our own studio, it can often be adjusted by the same team that originally made it.
Lifetime guarantee and repairs
Our garments are designed to be worn and kept—not treated as disposable.
If your garment develops a genuine manufacturing fault during its lifetime, contact us and we’ll assess it for repair, replacement or another appropriate solution.
We’ll also try to help with accidental damage or general wear wherever possible. Repairs outside our lifetime guarantee may carry a charge, which we’ll always confirm with you first.
Returns
If you change your mind, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return details and help make the process as straightforward as possible.
Returned garments should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached. Once your return has been approved, please send it back within 14 days.

Faulty or incorrect items
Every order is inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your garment arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We’ll put things right through a repair, replacement or refund, as appropriate, and cover reasonable return costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm your refund by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Most refunds appear within 10 working days, although the exact timing will depend on your bank or payment provider.
If you return your entire eligible order, we’ll also refund the cost of our standard delivery service. Any additional amount paid for express or upgraded delivery is not refundable.
Handmade, personalised and altered garments
Although most GLORYDAYS garments are handmade after an order is placed, garments ordered in our standard sizes and specifications may still be returned under this policy.
We’re unable to accept returns on pieces that have been personalised, made to your individual measurements or altered specifically for you, unless there is a fault. We’ll always confirm any custom work with you before it begins.
Return postage
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service so the parcel can be safely followed on its way back to us.
Sale items
Eligible sale items can be returned in the same way as full-price items. Personalised, individually made-to-measure or specifically altered sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
International returns
International customers are welcome to return eligible items and are responsible for return postage.
Customs charges, import duties or taxes paid directly to local authorities may need to be reclaimed from the relevant authority, as GLORYDAYS cannot refund charges it did not collect.
